How a Responsive Slider works
Responsive slider is represented on the Demo on page Home With Responsive Slider.
Enter the name for your slider.
Upload image for the slide from your computer, URL or existing Media Library:
Enter the title and other parameters if needed and click Insert into Post:
If you won’t click this button, your image won’t be added to the slider.
Use drag’n'drop to change the order of your slides.

If you’ll click to Advanced View button, you’ll get the following dropdown menu:
By pressing on “Remove Image” you can simply remove the picture, but all the settings will remain.
Here you may can enable or disable Caption.
It’s a field for your slide description and it may look like this:
On the screenshot it has a title and text, but you can set a caption with text only, with button, link or using HTML tags set there <h> and others.
To add a link to your slide caption you should go to Enable Caption Link/Button
To add a video to your slide go to Video Settings:
Enter your video URL.
There are also General Slider Settings:
Set here your slider animation speed, effect. Turn off/on all captions.
You may show slides navigation, which can be used for manual slides changing:
Pause on mouseover button will help to stop slide displaying manually, you can also show slides navigation or timing on mouseover.
Use Save as button to clone slider settings (if you’d like to have few similar sliders with different pictures, for example).
After your slider is ready, save changes and create a page where you’d like to show these slides. You must set your page options to make the slides shown. Go to “Goldenway Page Slider Options” while editing the page. Tick “Enable slider” checkbox and choose recently added slider:
How a Revolution Slider works
Revolution Slider is represented on the Demo on page Home With Revolution Slider. This slider allows you to add several elements to one slide at once to make it dynamic and multiple.
Animation Settings: type, easing, speed, pause before show – can be added to each of slides:

How to create a PNG Object in Photoshop
Create/open the slide’s design.
Select the layer you need – right click – select pixels:
Turn off all other layers’ visibility.

With this selection left, please, go to Edit and select “Copy Merged”
Create a new document (Ctrl + N) and paste your object. Turn off the background layer and follow to File – Save For Web & Devices.
Choose there “PNG” and check “transparency”.
To activate Revolution Slider select it in a dropdown menu after slider on page is enabled.
How to identify Position Left and Position Top with Photoshop
Here’s an instruction on how to create objects of appropriate size and position to be added to sliders.
Open or create your Slider design in Photoshop.
Go to “Window” tab at the menu – enable “Info”. It must appear at the top right side of the workspace.

Select “Rectangular Marquee Tool”
Make a selection between the right border of particular object and the left border of your slide:
Take a look at the info panel. Find a Value after W: (Width) parameter.
This is the opject’s “Position Left”.
Perform the same procedure, making a selection between the top of the slider and the top of the object, then watch the value of H: (Height) for the determination of “Position Top”.
